Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Three Phase Mentorship platform ("3PM", "we", "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using 3PM, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

1. The service

3PM connects mentors, mentees and institutions through profiles, feeds, sessions, group rooms and learning content. Some features are free; others require a paid subscription or institutional partnership.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use 3PM, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use 3PM to harass, defraud, impersonate or harm other users; to upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content; or to interfere with the technical operation of the platform. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

4. Mentorship relationships

3PM is a platform that facilitates mentorship between independent users. We do not employ mentors and we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Mentors and mentees are responsible for the substance of their conversations and for complying with applicable laws.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion.

6. Content

You retain ownership of the content you post on 3PM. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display and distribute that content for the purpose of operating the service. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The 3PM platform, including its branding, design and software, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or reverse-engineer the platform except as expressly permitted.

8. Disclaimers

3PM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3PM and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the platform or email. Your continued use of 3PM after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
