Community Guidelines
Last updated: April 2026
Three Phase Mentorship is a place where people share real career moments, wins, doubts, and the messy in-between. These guidelines exist so everyone can show up honestly and feel safe doing so.
Be generous
Mentorship works because someone took the time to give. Share what you know freely, celebrate other people's wins, and assume the best of each other.
Be specific
Vague advice rarely lands. When you share a drop, a comment, or an answer in a room, give the context that turns your insight into something the other person can use.
Respect the room
- No harassment, hate speech, threats or sustained negativity.
- No discrimination based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, disability or origin.
- No outing of personal information shared in confidence.
Keep it honest
- Use your real name and current role on your profile.
- Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your credentials.
- Disclose conflicts of interest when you recommend tools, opportunities or companies.
Keep it safe
- No promoting of self-harm, exploitation, or illegal activity.
- No solicitation outside the structures the platform provides for paid sessions or programs.
- No spam, mass DMs, or off-platform recruiting from public posts.
Reporting
If you see something that violates these guidelines, use the report button on the post, message or profile in question. Our moderation team reviews every report.
