• Mentorship content: posts, messages, goals, session notes, endorsements.
• Payment information processed by our payment partner (we do not store full card numbers).

We collect automatically

• Device, browser and IP address.
• Usage events such as page views and feature interactions, used to improve the product.

2. How we use information

• To operate and improve the platform.
• To match mentors and mentees, surface relevant content, and personalize recommendations.
• To send transactional emails (account, security, billing) and, with your consent, product updates.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and to enforce our Terms and Community Guidelines.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Other users of 3PM, as required by the features you use (e.g. your mentor sees your goals).
• Service providers that help us run the platform (hosting, email, analytics) under strict data agreements.
• Institutions you belong to, when you join via an institutional sign-up.
• Authorities, when required by law or to protect the safety of our users.

4. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain uses. You can exercise most of these rights from inside your account settings, or by contacting us.

5. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, encrypted backups, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so we encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to enable extra security features when available.

7. International transfers

We process data in jurisdictions that may differ from your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses.

8. Children

3PM is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below this age.
